Simply Words Editing Services also reserves the right to terminate service to any client when a virus is suspected in submitted documents. In the case of a transaction, a refund will be issued less any associated cost incurred by Simply Words Editing Services, including bank/transfer fees, editor costs and virus removal costs.

Failure to provide correct and accurate information can result in a refusal to provide service. • Infringement of copyright and plagiarism are serious offences and Simply Words Editing Services cannot take responsibility for any text submitted by a client. The final decision to publish all material into the public or private domain is the responsibility of the client.
